I want to be a good mathematics teacher

I have a dream, someday I will to be a great teacher. A teacher who give many profit for my students. So, I take this major. I take Mathematics education because I want to be Mathematics teacher. I come from Surabaya, but I like this University not the unversity from Surabaya, because I know Jogja is education city so it’s possible UNY also to be a good University.

I have many experience since I was senior high school, although I just a student, but I ever to be a tutor in my home. I can feel how very difficult to teach. We must have patience to handle them.

After I was read Prof. Marsigit’s blog, I can learn how very important to me to have many knowledge for to be a great teacher. I’m very shoked because there are many request from the students.

In the real life, there are many teacher still haven’t all of that condition. They’re still selfish with their pretention. I ever feel pressure if my teacher give me many task but I can’t do it well. I’m afraid if I have bad score. So, in the future I will change the ways thinking to be a good teacher.

I will study hard to achieve my dreams, although my score still bad in English, but I will increasing my score. I try to speak english well, read the article from Mr. Marsigit, and so on. I’m sure this method can repair my score. And the main step is pray to God, all of our activity in the world always with the power of God. I don’t want to be arrogant teacher and always give many task for my student, because with many assignment can influence the students to imitate their friends task. And it’s possible to make students doesn’t grow up. And it’s mean we are failed to teach.

I hope I can return to surabaya as the great teacher. And I will carry on for my students who ever left by me several times.
